Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days, and you (the customer) are eligible for a refund for the price of the item within that time frame. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You are covered by our policy if you have ordered the wrong size, are dissatisfied with the look/feel, or regret your purchase. You must pay for return shipping in these cases.
You may receive free return shipping in certain cases including but not limited to; defective item that does not function as intended or is broken/torn upon arrival, the wrong item was sent, the wrong variant (size/color) was sent, you never received your item through the fault of our warehouse, or other inconveniences caused by negligence of our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please do not tape the original box. Wrap in shipping paper, or place in another box instead.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@westernbargain.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your order for the same item, send us an email at support@westernbargain.com and send your item to: 515 W Lewis St Pasco Washington US 99301. If you want to exchange your item for a different item, follow the same process, and let us know what other item you would like. Once the first item arrives to us, we will ship out the second item. If you would like your item as soon as possible, you may buy the second item at your earliest convenience and pay the shipping cost.
Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping (to the store). This cost will vary depending on the size and weight of the product. The package may be returned using any domestic shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). The customer is expected to drop off their package at one of these shipping service locations with the correct shipping address and fees paid.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Your refund/exchange will be handled once the package arrives back to Western Bargain.
